This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end integration architecture across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Define integration strategy and patterns, including use of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Lead solution design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in designing and building complex integrations, including transformations, orchestration, and data mapping.
  • Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable components to drive consistency across projects and managed services.
  • Perform design reviews and govern integration quality, including error handling, performance optimization, and security compliance.
  • Partner with US and global teams to co-create solutions and align architecture with enterprise and client strategies.
  • Drive technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex production issues and high-impact integration failures.
  • Mentor and guide integration consultants and leads, elevating technical capability and design thinking across the team.
  • Collaborate with functional, data, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
  • Contribute to practice growth through innovation, accelerators, capability development, and pre-sales solutioning.
  • Stay current with Workday roadmap, integration technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance solution architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting with 8+ years in Workday ecosystem, including deep specialization in integrations.
  • Proven experience in designing and architecting large-scale Workday integration solutions, including full lifecycle delivery.
  • Expert-level proficiency in:
    • Workday Studio
    • Core Connectors (PECI, PICOF, Benefits, etc.)
    • EIB (inbound/outbound)
    • Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) and web services
    • Data transformation (XML/XSLT, JSON, etc.)
  • Strong experience in integration architecture patterns, including:
    • Real-time vs batch integrations
    • Event-driven architectures
    • Middleware integration strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations hands-on.
  • Experience defining error handling frameworks, reconciliation strategies, and integration monitoring approaches aligned to best practices
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security models, and data governance principles.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and provide architectural direction across teams.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with US-based delivery models preferred.
  • Current Workday Integration certification required; additional Workday certifications preferred.
