Workday Integration Consultant2
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be responsible for developing best in class integrations to/from third-party systems using Workday Studio, Connectors, Public WebServices and EIB's This person should be able to own any changes to existing Workday integrations. Certification Is Mandatory
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
•Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
•Gather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementation
•Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment.
• Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards
•Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution. Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as needed.
• Manage Workday integrations library, creating, revising or obsoleting integrations as needed
•Manages interface schedules to SLAs. Defines client interface calendar and inventory, monitors integrations to completion, establishes and supports file transmission automation and supporting documentation
•Manage the worker data migration process to ensure data completeness, accuracy and security
Skill Set – Workday Studio, Workday API’s , Workday Connectors, XSLT and Integration Security are required. Knowledge of inbound EIB’s is also needed.
