Job Summary

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, this role will play a key role in supporting and managing Workday operations globally. The focus of this position will be on HRIS operations, employee data management, and maintaining system integrity within Workday, ensuring alignment with global/regional compliances and business processes. The role requires expertise in data management, reporting, and ensuring the efficient operation of Workday functionalities

o Support and manage HRIS operations globally in alignment with regional compliance and business directions, ensuring the accuracy and timely maintenance of employee data and adherence to SLAs.

o Manage and support HR data administration, focusing on accurate data entry, updates, and data integrity within Workday.

o Lead and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations across different HR functions, ensuring the global HRIS ecosystem is maintained efficiently.

o Maintain a deep understanding of Workday functionality and ensure system operations meet business and compliance needs. Troubleshoot any operational issues as they arise.

o Act as a subject matter expert to provide advice, guidance, and support to internal stakeholders and external partners regarding HRIS data management, reporting, and operational processes.

o Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement in HRIS operations, collaborating with relevant teams to implement operational changes.

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

Job Knowledge and Skill:

• 4 – 7 years of experience in Workday with experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Core HCM, Absence and Time Tracking, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Reporting & Analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS operations, data management, and maintaining HR system integrity.
• Expert knowledge in Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Experience in managing Workday data mass uploads and maintain data Integrity. Experience in advanced/Matrix report creation.
• Excellent analytical skills and project planning concepts and practices capabilities; ability to think critically about a problem and provide solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, self-starter with a successful track record, able to manage multiple assignments concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Strong emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Thorough understanding of the Workday platform, business process framework, cross functional implications, reporting and security.
