The Workday Analyst will provide technical, analytical, and systems maintenance support for HCM (Human Capital Management), including Compensation, Talent, Recruiting and Payroll. The position investigates, analyzes, recommends and executes alternatives for business process flow, test plans, user documentation and training. The Workday Analyst provides support to employees for manager self-service and employee self-service. Act as the technical support and training expert to the HR staff in understanding business process flow, and entering transactions into Workday. Audits data on a regular basis to ensure data integrity.
This is a hybrid role requiring possibly 2-3 days in office weekly.
