As the Workday HR Analyst, you will administer and maintain HR systems, including configuration, reporting, and data governance. Partner across functions to analyze requirements, recommend solutions, and independently execute system changes that improve HR processes and business outcomes.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Independently administer and configure assigned Workday modules or processes.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and implement system solutions.
Execute Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment within assigned scope.
Develop and deliver workforce reporting, dashboards, and compliance outputs.
Perform audits, data corrections, and mass updates to ensure data integrity and governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues, including escalated inquiries within assigned areas.
Document system configurations, changes, and processes; maintain user documentation and training materials.
Identify and implement process improvements within assigned functional or technical areas.
Stay current with Workday roadmaps, new features, and HR technology trends through Workday Community, user groups, and professional networks.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
3+ years of HRIS or related experience.
Working knowledge of HR systems configuration and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage assigned processes or modules.
Experience gathering requirements and translating into system solutions.
Understanding of data governance and HR processes.
Effective stakeholder communication and prioritization skills.
