Your responsibilities will include:
Carry out day-to-day administrative configuration in Workday-HR, with a focus on
HCM and user security management, following documented standards and
guidelines.
Act as Tier 1 support and first point of contact for Regional Key Users, receiving,
understanding, and responding to their requests.
Log, qualify, triage, and resolve requests within the agreed service level agreements
(SLAs), and escalate more complex items to the Central Workday-HR Team with clear,
well-documented information.
Support data management activities, including preparing and checking data in Excel
and helping load data into Workday, while protecting accuracy and data quality.
Keep clear records of requests, actions, and resolutions, and contribute to
documentation and smallcontinuous process improvements.
Together with the central Workday-HR team ensure valid and sufficient
documentation and understanding of the processes and tool support in teh
organization
Ensure Workday data and process integration into the Hellmann application
landscape and follow-up on integration interface errors
Contribute to optimal data quality in the system and follow-up with regional key users
on identified quality issues
Communicate clearly and professionally in English with colleagues across different
regions and time zones.
Coordinate with the Central Team on configuration changes, testing, and Workday's
regular feature releases as needed.
About you
We are looking for someone dependable, analytical, and service-minded, who is comfortable
following clear guidelines and working to defined service levels in a global support
environment.
Must-have qualifications and experience
1 to 2 years of hands-on Workday-HR experience, especially in HCM.
Good communication skills in English, as this is a global support role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and guidelines, and to work reliably within SLAs.
Solid data skills, including confident use of Excel and a good understanding of data.
Familiarity with loading data into Workday through Enterprise Interface Builders
(EIBs).
Exposure to additional Workday-HR areas such as Recruiting or Talent & Performance
is a plus.
