With our Workday Service Partner status, we can bring a steady flow of Workday projects into our pipeline – and we need experts like you to help our customers see the value of their investment materialize faster.

We are looking for a proactive and solution-driven Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in both functional configuration and integrations to join our growing Digital HR team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules, along with experience in integrations and security configuration.

This role requires the ability to independently manage configurations, perform impact analysis, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support Workday integrations (inbound/outbound) using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.
  • Manage and maintain Workday security frameworks, including roles, domains, and business process security policies.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, and create calculated fields to support business and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to configurations, integrations, and security with a proactive approach.
  • Support Workday releases by analysing impact, testing changes, and implementing enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness across HCM, Compensation, integrations, and security areas.
  • Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules
  • Strong expertise in Business Process Framework (BPF) and Workday Reporting
  • Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll integrations).
  • Knowledge of Workday Security model including domain and BP security.
  • Strong analytical and impact assessment capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in additional Workday modules such as:
    • Recruiting (candidate lifecycle, questionnaires, offer letters, document configuration)
    • Absence Management (eligibility rules, accruals, country-specific configurations)
  • Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic project environments
