Roles & Responsibilities: Prism Reporting Consultant
Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of low-medium complexity work along with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
Understand Client's requirements, Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help Clients to optimize their Finance/HCM functions and enhance their employee experiences
Setup Configurations and Security Policies in the tenant
Prepare Design Documents, KT and Cut-over plan documents
Data Validation and Unit Testing
Support End to End Testing, Migration and Hypercare
Must-Have Certifications
HCM Core/ Integrations/ Fin Core
Experience & Background
Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT.
Minimum of 1 year of current hands-on Workday
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience in designing, building, and testing Prism data models and Prism dependent Reports in Workday around functional areas such as payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation and Talent.
Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
Highly self-motivated and detail oriented
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with team members and leadership
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Good to have Reporting certification / composite reporting / Prism certification
HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge
Good to have Data Modelling experience
