Requirements
• Must Have comprehensive Experience on End‑to‑end HCM process understanding encompassing the complete Hire to Retire lifecycle, demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize every stage effectively.
• Must Have hands-on Experience on core modules such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Absence management with a solid working knowledge that enables accurate processing and compliance adherence.
• Should have practical Experience on Talent modules, including recruitment, performance management, and development, showing strong awareness and the ability to support talent-related initiatives within the organization.
• Must Have Experience on any recognized HCM / ERP system such as SuccessFactors (SF), Oracle, PeopleSoft, or equivalent platforms, showcasing the capability to navigate, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise-level human capital management solutions.
