Workday Developer1

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and support Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transformation (DT)and custom reports including Advanced and Matrix reports

  • Build and maintain integrations using Web Services, REST APIs and OAuth 2.0authentication.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to support integrations across Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting and Workday Learning

  • Collaborate with downstream system teams such as Mulesoft and Workatoto ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.

  • Troubleshoot issues and manage day-to-day support activities through ServiceNowor similar ticketing systems.

  • Participate in enhancement projects, testing cycles and production deployments.

  • Ensure all integrations follow Workday standards, security policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong, hands-on experience in Workday Studio, CC, EIB, DT and Report Writing

  • Solid understanding of Workday Web Services, REST APIs and authentication frameworks

  • Functional exposure to Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting and Learning

  • Experience working with integration middleware platformslike Mulesoft and Workato.

  • Proficiency in handling support incidents, root-cause analysis and documentation using ServiceNow

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Integration Certification (Studio, CC, or related). -- Good to have

  • Experience in full-cycle Workday implementation projects.

  • Knowledge of broader HCM processes and security.
