Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion activities for Workday implementations (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.)
• Analyze legacy system data and map it to Workday data structures
• Design and develop data conversion strategies, templates, and ETL processes
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using Workday delivered tools
• Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness before migration
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data requirements
• Execute mock loads, identify issues, and resolve data discrepancies
• Support integration testing, UAT, and deployment phases
• Maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation rules, and conversion processes
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards
• Troubleshoot data load errors and optimize conversion performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data migration or data conversion projects
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday implementations
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.)
• Strong data mapping, data modeling, and data validation skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and data analysis
• Experience handling large datasets and complex data structures
• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in at least one full-cycle Workday implementation
• Workday certification (HCM, Financials, or Integrations)
