This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Workday integrations.
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs) – inbound and outbound
• Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials as applicable)
• Report-based integrations (RaaS, composite reports)
• Support inbound and outbound file-based integrations (CSV, XML) using SFTP.
• Perform integration fixes, enhancements, and refactors based on approved technical designs.
• Interpret functional and technical design specifications.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including mappings and logic.
• Follow established integration standards, naming conventions, and security models.
• Perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT).
• Troubleshoot integration errors and data issues.
• Ensure integrations meet quality and supportability standards prior to deployment.
• Work closely with U.S.-based Integration Leads, Architects, and functional consultants.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and offshore/onshore handoffs.
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience.
• Strong experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.
• Experience with report-based integrations (RaaS).
• Understanding of Workday security concepts related to integrations.
• Experience working with file formats such as CSV and XML.
• Workday Pro Integrations Services certification AND Workday Pro Studio Services Certification.
• Exposure to Workday Orchestrations.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients in an offshore delivery model.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with clear guidance.
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
