Workday Consultant (HCM & Integrations)
We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM Core, Recruitment, and Talent modules, combined with advanced integration knowledge. The role focuses on supporting, optimizing, and maintaining HR processes while ensuring stable and efficient Workday operations.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM Core, Recruitment, and Talent modules
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
Support daily system operations and troubleshoot functional issues
Manage and monitor Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, and external vendor systems
Troubleshoot and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and PECI/Core Connectors
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and system reliability
Collaborate with analysts, project managers, HR teams, and IT stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and Workday solutions
Requirements
Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or Workday Analyst
Strong hands-on expertise with:
Workday HCM Core
Recruitment & Talent modules
Workday Studio
PECI integrations
Experience managing complex Workday integration environments
Good understanding of HR processes including hiring, job changes, compensation, and payroll
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Studio)
Experience with complex payroll environments
Knowledge of Workday reporting and Prism Analytics
Languages
Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency
English: Professional working proficiency
