This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Build and support Workday data conversion activities.
• Inbound EIBs for initial and incremental data loads
• Transformation and cleansing logic using Excel, templates, and mapping specifications
• Load sequencing across functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials as applicable)
• Execute data loads across multiple tenants (Sandbox, Implementation, Production) following approved run plans.
• Support mock conversions, cutover rehearsals, and production conversion events.
• Interpret data mapping and conversion design documents.
• Assist in maintaining source-to-target mappings and load documentation.
• Document data issues, transformation rules, and remediation steps.
• Validate converted data against source systems and reconciliation reports.
• Support functional and client validation cycles.
• Troubleshoot data load errors and resolve data quality issues.
• Ensure conversion accuracy, completeness, and auditability.
• Work closely with U.S.-based Data Conversion Leads, functional consultants, and Integration teams.
• Participate in daily standups, conversion rehearsals, and offshore/onshore handoffs.
• Communicate progress, risks, and data issues proactively.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Workday data conversion experience.
• HCM Data Loading Services Certification OR Financial Management Data Loading Services Certification
• Strong hands-on experience with inbound EIBs.
• Advanced Excel skills for data cleansing and transformation.
• Understanding of Workday business objects and data relationships.
• Experience validating and reconciling large data sets.
• Experience with multiple Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials).
• Prior experience supporting large, multi-entity implementations.
• Experience working in an offshore delivery model supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to execute repeatable tasks with consistency.
• Comfortable working within defined run books and schedules.
