•Maintain expertise in Workday Core HCM and related business processes
•You will use your consulting skills , business knowledge , and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
•You willbe responsible forImplementationplanning ,Fitanalysis ,facilitatingdesign sessions to gatherrequirements ,Configuration ,Unittesting ,Rollout and Potentially post - implementation support.
Assistclients in thedesign ,implementation ,and support of the Workday HR (Human Resources) / Benefits and / or Compensation Management or any other HR modules.
•Create solutions for client and / or internal review, Participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos
•Resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules
•Manage role provisioning and security according to the company policies, ensuring that the right people have the right access to HR data
•Evaluate Workday new releases’ capabilities, assess the impact on current processes and organise testing and rollout activities
•Workday Time Tracking orAnyothertime and Attendance experience is an added advantage.

Education & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field
Workday certified is a Plus
