Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and certified Workday Consultants with strong expertise in one or more of the following domains: Finance (Record-to-Report, Contract-to-Cash), Supply Chain Management (Procure-to-Pay), or Workday Technical (Integrations). The ideal candidates will play a key role in end-to-end Workday implementation, support, and optimization projects, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules in your respective area (Finance, SCM, or Technical).

• 
  Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.

• 
  Build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (for Technical consultants).

• 
  Support data conversion, system validation, and user training during implementation and post-go-live phases.

• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring business continuity.

• 
  Work in an Agile environment, managing deliverables with attention to quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  Mandatory Workday Certification in one or more areas:

  • 
    Workday Finance (R2R, C2C modules)

  • 
    Workday SCM (P2P module)

  • 
    Workday Technical Integrations

• 
  3–8 years of hands-on experience with Workday platform implementations and/or support.

• 
  Strong understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, or integration development.

• 
  Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• 
  Exposure to cross-module Workday functionalities.

• 
  Experience working in global delivery models or large transformation projects.

• 
  Familiarity with data migration and security frameworks in Workday.
