  • Lead large-scale Workday-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Act as the key point of contact for Workday system administration and optimization, aligning team efforts with broader organizational goals.

  • Ensure that all work streams across HR (payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, leave of absence, benefits) are cohesive and that cross-functional impacts are addressed.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HR systems and provide strategic guidance in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related area, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including advanced report writing and data analysis.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Extensive experience with SDLC Project methodologies, including data mapping, writing test plans, and managing testing processes.

  • Proficiency in Workday, strong understanding of payroll processes, data management, and reporting.

  • Ability to analyze complex payroll issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
