  • We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Accounting Center (ACC) to support and enhance our Finance Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and support solutions that transform operational data into actionable financial insights and automated accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, functional knowledge of Workday Financials, and hands-on experience with Prism data pipelines, Accounting Center use cases, integrations, and financial reporting. The candidate will work across multiple source systems to automate accounting processes, improve financial controls, and support reporting and audit requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities Workday Accounting Center • Design, configure, and support Workday Accounting Center use cases. • Define accounting rules and mappings for high-volume operational transactions. • Transform source business events into accounting journal entries. • Support reconciliation, balancing, and audit requirements. • Partner with Accounting and Finance teams on new accounting requirements. • Troubleshoot Accounting Center processing issues and journal generation problems. Workday Prism Analytics • Design and develop Prism data pipelines. • Ingest data from internal and external systems into Workday. • Develop datasets, derived datasets, joins, unions, and transformations. • Manage full and incremental data loads. • Optimize Prism performance and data processing. • Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics built on Prism datasets. Integration & Data Management • Work with integration teams to ingest data from source systems. • Support Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and integration frameworks. • Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and governance. • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams on data architecture and data flows. Reporting & Analytics • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards. • Support Finance and Accounting reporting requirements. • Perform data analysis and provide business insights. • Validate data accuracy across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Required Qualifications Functional Experience • 5+ years of Workday Financials experience. • 3+ years of Workday Accounting Center experience. • 3+ years of Workday Prism Analytics experience. • Experience supporting General Ledger and financial accounting processes. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial data flows.
