We are currently looking for a Workday Business Analyst for SAUR International division.
🎯 Mission
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, Workday Business Analyst will support central HRIS team, on the continued deployment and optimization of Workday across SAUR International Region.
This role will act as the primary liaison between the central HRIS function and local HR teams, ensuring effective Workday adoption, data quality, process standardization, and ongoing support. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for the Spain and Portugal subsidiaries, supporting a critical environment involving payroll integration activities and HR process transformation.
🚀 Responsibilities
Support Workday integration in different SAURI regions.
Act as the main HRIS point of contact for the Spain and Portugal subsidiaries, ensuring alignment between local HR teams and the central HRIS organization.
Support Workday configuration by understanding local HR processes, identifying user needs, and promoting best practices.
Analyze business requirements and operational issues from SAUR International, creating roadmaps and proposing process improvements and system enhancements.
Ensure HR data quality, consistency, and governance across supported entities.
Collaborate with international stakeholders and participate in HRIS projects, including occasional travel to France to support local teams and gather requirements.
🎓 Requirements
5-8 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or similar role.
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, HR, Law or similar.
Functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
Understanding of data management, and HRIS governance.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
English and Spanish fluent. Portuguese/ French is a plus.
Based in Madrid or nearby.
