We are seeking an experienced Workday Benefits & Recruiting Analyst with active Workday certification to support configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules
Manage benefit plans, eligibility rules, open enrollment, recruiting workflows, and security
Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements, releases, testing, and production support
Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data audits
Support integrations, EIBs, and data validation activities
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
Active Workday Certification (Benefits, Recruiting, or related module)
7+ years of Workday experience with strong Benefits and Recruiting expertise
Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and integrations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience supporting complex organizations is preferred
