Workday Analyst1

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst / Development experience in a full-cycle implementation, as well as in a support role.
  • Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform, including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, business processes, and notifications.
  • Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.
  • Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
  • Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
  • Workday Pro Certifications – Integrations and HCM.
