As a Workday Adaptive Senior Associate you will support client service workstreams focused on Workday data and analytics within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, bringing structure to complex problems and helping deliver solutions that align with workforce technology needs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and apply professional judgment while developing your technical skills and understanding of the broader business context. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to Workday HCM-focused delivery, interpret data to inform recommendations, and support engagements that require coordination, clear communication, and steady progress across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Workday Adaptive reporting and analytics workstreams for client engagements
• Analyzing workforce data and translating requirements into reporting, dashboard, and planning solutions
• Building and refining data models, calculations, and integrations to support planning processes
• Using Workday Advanced Reporting and Workday Reporting and Analytics to develop clear, accurate outputs
• Reviewing data quality, mapping, and transformation steps to support reliable reporting results
• Interpreting complex data sets to identify patterns, gaps, and actions for client teams
• Supporting configuration and testing activities across Workday HCM and Adaptive planning solutions
• Guiding junior team members on work products, task completion, and issue resolution
• Applying analytical thinking and data visualization methods to present findings in a usable format
• Developing client relationships through responsive delivery and thoughtful issue management

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
