As a Workday Adaptive Prism Senior Associate you will support client needs within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on Workday Human Capital solutions that help organizations improve human resources processes, talent management, and system utilization. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and support junior team members while navigating complex situations, developing your personal brand, and deepening your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will analyze client requirements, contribute to implementation efforts, provide training and support for Workday HCM applications, and help deliver solutions that align with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing Workday Adaptive Planning requirements and translating client needs into configuration and support activities
• Supporting implementation workstreams for human capital applications, including data validation, testing, and issue tracking
• Configuring planning models, assumptions, and reports to align with workforce planning and talent management objectives
• Interpreting client feedback and project inputs to refine deliverables and address gaps in system setup
• Preparing training materials and guiding end users through Workday Adaptive Prism processes and workflows
• Reviewing work products for accuracy and consistency before handoff to client teams or internal reviewers
• Collaborating across project teams to manage tasks, identify risks, and keep deliverables moving on schedule
• Applying analytical thinking to support process improvement, reporting, and client problem resolution

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
• Demonstrating Workday Human Capital Management implementation or support experience
• Applying Workday Adaptive Planning knowledge to client delivery work
• Interpreting workforce data to inform recommendations and actions
• Navigating client conversations across varied priorities and perspectives
• Mentoring junior team members through task review and feedback
• Growing consulting skills through ambiguity, reflection, and learning
