Job Description

Agilysis is looking for a Workday Absence Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering Workday solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Scope and document requirements, configure, load data and deploy Workday Absence.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.

• Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of projects.

• Configure and smoke test Workday Absence module.

• Provide findings, updates, options, risks, and impacts related to data conversion to clients.

• Utilize business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.

• Recognize and embody our purpose and values, applying them in your projects and client interactions.

• Foster relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Expertise in Workday Absence required. Must have implemented Workday Absence for a small country (around 50-100 employees) or worked extensively on supporting Workday Absence across multiple countries)

• 4-6 years of experience in Workday Absence domain performing requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation.

• Strong in loading data through EIBs.

• Advanced or Expert proficiency in Reporting and Security in Workday Absence.

• Excellent communication skills. Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation.
