Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive testing of workbench applications and systems across multiple environments
• Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
• Identify, document, and track defects using established bug tracking systems
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and validate solutions
• Conduct performance and load testing to assess system stability and reliability
• Participate in test automation initiatives and maintain automated test scripts
• Provide clear and timely feedback on quality issues and testing progress

Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools
• Ability to analyze requirements and create effective test strategies
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of banking or financial systems is preferred
