Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end immigration processes for both international relocations and local hires.
2. Process work permits and oversee immigration cases across APAC, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
3. Partner with external immigration vendors to maintain high service standards, with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
4. Troubleshoot complex cases and develop immigration plans, including pre-assessments, documentation and policy alignment.
5. Audit immigration files to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
6. Support the development and continuous improvement of immigration policies and procedures.
7. Analyse immigration data and reports to provide insights, recommendations and risk assessments to stakeholders, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimise processes.
