Job Description

Your Contribution

As a responsible employee in Work Preparation for Assembly (m/f/d), you are in charge of the efficient planning and continuous optimization of our manufacturing processes.

  • Creating and maintaining work plans and work instructions, taking into account technical and economic aspects
  • Planning production equipment with a focus on cost-effectiveness, including support in obtaining quotations and approvals
  • Supporting new product launches and series production, including active involvement in solving technical challenges in collaboration with the project organization
  • Identifying and implementing process optimizations, including ergonomic and efficient workplace design
  • Evaluating and implementing improvement suggestions to increase productivity and quality

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Successfully completed technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology or similar)
  • Professional experience in the metalworking industry, ideally in the field of mechanical processing
  • Solid knowledge of Lean Production
  • Confident handling of SAP (module PP) and experience with PLM systems
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Confident demeanor combined with a high level of assertiveness
  • Team-oriented and communicative personality
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English required
