
The Work Management Specialist I is responsible for supporting construction and maintenance operations by ensuring work is efficiently scheduled, tracked, and executed. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective
communication to coordinate with internal teams, field personnel, and external stakeholders. Operating within established standards and procedures, the Specialist ensures timely and accurate completion of administrative and work management tasks. This is a non-exempt position reporting to Contract Specialist Supervisor and potentially supporting multiple supervisors. Involves maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
This position requires employee to be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
