In this role, you’ll lead a team of content moderators for a top Social Network platform, providing coaching, motivation, and guidance to help them excel. You'll play a key role in developing your team’s skills and ensuring they succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Team Management: Supervise a team of content moderators, ensuring the review and moderation of user-generated content (text, images, videos) on the platform.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance against KPIs, addressing any shortfalls and ensuring targets are met.
Coaching & Development: Coach, motivate, and develop Advisors, providing continuous skill development and career growth opportunities.
Recognition & Motivation: Recognize and reward outstanding team performance, ensuring alignment with company values and mission.
Issue Resolution: Communicate client/campaign issues to the Operations Manager and take appropriate actions to improve client satisfaction.
