This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Work From Home Registration & Verification Executive based in India.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a communication-focused professional to support trainer registration and verification activities from the comfort of home. You will connect with trainers by phone, guide them through the registration process, and verify their information accurately. The role combines customer communication, attention to detail, follow-up, and process completion. You will have clear performance-based earning opportunities linked to successful registrations and verifications. The position is well suited to candidates who are confident speaking with people and can work independently in a target-oriented environment. Accountabilities:
- Contact trainers by phone and assist them in completing the required registration process.
- Explain registration requirements clearly and guide trainers through each necessary step.
- Verify trainer information through phone calls and complete the required verification process accurately.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of registration and verification activities.
- Follow up with trainers when additional information or action is required to complete a registration or verification.
- Work toward successful closures while maintaining professional and helpful communication.
- Meet individual performance expectations related to call activity, successful registrations, and verifications.
- Contribute to additional incentive opportunities by maintaining strong call performance and achieving successful closures.
- Work independently from home while maintaining reliable attendance, productivity, and communication throughout assigned working hours.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and speaking confidently with trainers or other external contacts.
- Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently to different types of callers.
- Fluency in at least one or more of the following languages: English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail when collecting and verifying information.
- Basic ability to use a smartphone, computer, messaging applications, and other standard communication tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working toward performance-based targets and incentives.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to maintain consistent productivity while working from home.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
- Previous telecalling, customer support, verification, sales, recruitment, or similar experience is an advantage, but strong communication skills are the key requirement.
