At WP Live, we help small business owners build their online presence with confidence. As a WordPress Live Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly expert customers rely on when they need guidance, creativity, or a problem solver who can turn “tech confusion” into “tech confidence.”

This is more than a support role—it’s a launchpad.
We’ll help you grow into a true WordPress expert with hands‑on training, real-world experience, and continuous skill development. If you’re passionate about helping people, curious about web technology, and eager to grow your career, this role is your next step forward.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • You bring 1–2 years of customer service experience and know how to create positive, memorable interactions—whether over the phone or through other digital channels.
  • Experience with web hosting is a plus (but absolutely not required!)—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
  • You’re naturally curious about technology and excited to learn WordPress, plugins, themes, page builders, and other modern website tools.
  • You have excellent communication skills and thrive on solving problems with patience, clarity, and empathy.
  • You enjoy working with all types of customers—from first‑time website owners learning the basics to advanced users seeking expert guidance.
  • Experience with internet tools, social media platforms, or small business environments is helpful and gives you a head start.
  • Bonus points if you’ve touched WordPress before—whether tinkering with plugins, experimenting with themes, or using builders like Elementor, Divi, or WordPress Block Builder.
