As a WordPress Developer and Designer at Pathmonk, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our current website. Your expertise in WordPress development and design will be essential in enhancing user experiences, optimizing site speed, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. In addition, your technical marketing skills, including SEO best practices, XML Schema, and mobile optimization, will be put to use to drive better search engine rankings and user engagement.

Responsibilities:

WordPress Development: Update, maintain, and optimize our current website to ensure it meets the highest standards of functionality and user experience. Make sure the websites run at all times and are stable in their performance, and fix any issues or bugs.
Technical Marketing: Implement SEO best practices and XML Schema optimization to boost our online presence and user engagement.
UX/UI Design: Craft a design system to enhance user experience and brand recognition
Speed Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to improve website loading times.
Mobile Optimization: Ensure that our website is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in WordPress development and design.
Proficiency in technical marketing skills such as SEO, XML Schema, and mobile optimization.
Strong analytical skills to assess and implement SEO and performance improvements.
Experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Familiarity with graphic design tools.
