Job Description

Bring your craftsmanship to a team that values skill, precision, and true woodworking mastery. Stevens Industries is seeking a Woodworking Mastery Technician to join our growing millwork division—where custom projects, detailed handiwork, and high-quality finishes are the standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape, form, and assemble custom millwork components with expert-level precision
  • Perform detailed finishing work to ensure every piece looks exceptional and is ready for installation
  • Use a variety of woodworking tools, equipment, and techniques to bring custom designs to life
  • Interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications with accuracy and craftsmanship
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery
  • Contribute to the creation of high-end, custom-ordered casework and millwork projects

Requirements

  • Experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry, or millwork
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
  • Comfort using woodworking tools, machinery, and finishing equipment
