Every custom door tells a story-and it starts with you. In this story we are looking for team members to create something tangible, learn a new skillset and solve problems while producing an extraordinary door!

What will I do?

• Take ownership of an automated CNC machine that will cut materials
• Machine setup/load correct tooling, secure material onto machine bed
• Enter data into computer
• Machine start up and monitor the process with adjustments
• Quality checks using calipers, rulers and tape measure
• Solve problems by diagnosing issues on CNC machine
• Meet company-wide continuous improvement goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ensuring with OSHA standards

What’s in it for me?

• Starting wage of $21.32/hr with $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift
• 1st shift (Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm)
• 2nd shift (4 days/10hour shifts – Monday through Thursday 2pm – 12am)
