We are looking for a compassionate, resilient and values-led Women’s Keyworker to provide holistic support to women experiencing multiple and complex needs. This includes women serving community orders and women released from HMP Eastwood Park.

You will be passionate about supporting women and able to work in a trauma-informed, holistic and person-centred way. You will bring strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trusted relationships, and confidence working with women who may find it difficult to access services.
You will be able to prioritise and manage a caseload, respond calmly in challenging situations, and work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals and partner organisations. Good administrative and computer skills are essential, alongside a commitment to reflection, learning and continued professional development.
A full driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel are required. There may be occasions when you are expected to transport clients or volunteers in your own vehicle, with business insurance cover reimbursed.

We believe that change is possible given the appropriate opportunity through individualised, holistic support and
trauma informed approaches that respond to their life experiences and current challenges.
