Women & Infants Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Women & Infants operates one of the largest state-of-the-art, 2-story, 80-bed private room NICU in the country, staffed by a multidisciplinary dedicated clinical care team.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Team-centric approach of 19 neonatologists, 44 NPs and several other highly skilled support team providers
  • Serve a diverse patient population with approximately 8-12 patients average per day
  • Twelve shifts a month with shared coverage for nights, holidays and weekends; option for part-time available
  • Customized orientation, based on experience
  • Accepting BC/BE NNP, PNP and FNPs
  • Epic fully integrated across the health system expected by the fall of 2025
