Women in Trading and Technology 1.0

IMC Trading India is pleased to invite applications for Women in Trading and Technology 1.0, a two-day, fully in-person immersion program held at our Mumbai office for women in engineering.

The program is open to B.Tech / Dual Degree / B.S. Maths students graduating in 2029. Participants will get first-hand exposure to trading, technology and quant research at IMC through interactive workshops and direct interaction with IMC's leaders and teams.

Eligibility

The program is open to women students who are enrolled in a full-time course and meet the following eligibility criteria:

• B.Tech / BE / Dual Degree / B.S. Maths students graduating in 2029
• Demonstrated excellence in academic or professional pursuits
• An interest in trading or technology, and curiosity to learn more about the domain
• Currently open to candidates from all 23 IITs and BITS Pilani / Goa campus

No CGPA cut-off. No branch restriction. This is a purely educational program, open to every eligible woman student regardless of grades or branch.

Selection Process

1. Application & resume-sharing window: October 6th - 20th, 2026
2. Online assessment covering coding and quant/trading domain questions
3. Virtual screening interview

The final list of selected participants is based on a combination of all three rounds. Selected participants will be notified directly with next steps and the two-day schedule.
