Graduate Assistant – Women’s Lacrosse (Equipment & Operations)
The Graduate Assistant for Women’s Lacrosse supports the daily operations of the program with a primary focus on equipment management, logistics, and administrative coordination. This position assists coaches and student-athletes by ensuring practice, competition, and travel operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute team equipment, apparel, and supplies; maintain inventory and coordinate ordering and replacement needs.
- Set up and break down practice and game-day equipment.
- Assist with home game operations, including field preparation and coordination with athletics staff.
- Support team travel logistics, including packing equipment, travel preparation, and itinerary execution.
- Coordinate operational tasks such as scheduling, facility requests, and communication with campus and athletics partners.
- Maintain equipment records and ensure compliance with departmental and NCAA policies.
- Provide administrative support to the coaching staff and assist with special events, camps, and recruiting activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a graduate program.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced athletics environment.
- Knowledge of lacrosse and collegiate athletics preferred.
Limited Term Position: From July, 2026 to August 24, 2027
Hourly Grade level 1, Rate $15.00 to $17.79
Schedule Hours: 10 hours per week; schedule may vary
