As part of our supply chain transformation, we're looking for a WMS Training & Process Lead to partner with our Distribution Centres, Technology teams and operational stakeholders to design, test and deploy future-state warehouse processes across our network.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong warehouse operations experience with a passion for systems, training and continuous improvement. You'll help ensure new processes are operationally ready, adopted by our teams and successfully embedded into the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with DC Operations, Analysts and Technology teams to design future-state warehouse processes.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs for Manhattan Active WMS, warehouse control systems and reporting platforms.
  • Identify training needs and create engaging learning solutions that support large-scale operational change.
  • Design, document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps and training materials.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot activities, operational readiness and go-live deployments.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for warehouse operations and warehouse management systems.
  • Coach and support site-based teams throughout implementation and transition periods.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new technology and ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, systems and training outcomes.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

We're looking for someone who combines deep DC operational knowledge with strong systems capability and implementation experience.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience with Manhattan WMS.
  • Experience working on a WMS deployment, implementation or transformation project.
  • Strong background within Distribution Centre, Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain operations.
  • Experience designing, testing and implementing operational processes through SOP’s and in-person training.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across operations and technology teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • A natural aptitude for systems and process improvement.
  • Experience developing SOPs, training materials and operational documentation will be highly regarded.
  • The ability to influence and drive change within a fast-paced operational environment.
