As WMS Software Trainer in Logistics based in Berlin, you help Zalando’s international logistics centres to master our Warehouse Management System and Operational Processes. As part of our PEX Implementation & Ramp Up team you analyse training needs to build and implement innovative training solutions.

Discover software training opportunities for 1000+ key users of our Warehouse Management System, align with your business stakeholders and put yourself in your end user’s shoes to understand what problems you need to solve.
Define and develop most efficient training solutions in German and English (more European languages would be a plus) to transfer knowledge and encourage further development among our end users.
Execute software and process training in our warehouse locations as onsite seminars or interactive webinars, to engage them with the applications they need to excel in, as well as ensuring smooth and stable ramp ups of new processes.
Measure training success and re-evaluate knowledge demands together within Process Excellence, to improve business outcomes and quality.
Experience in designing new training concepts, developing supporting materials and holding in-house training sessions
Curiosity about WMS and Automation processes to understand complex logistics systems for delivering knowledge at scale
Strong communication around different stakeholders, such as product and process specialists, warehouse managers and key users
Motivation to make impact in an agile business environment, enjoy working with different teams and be ready to travel up to 50% of your time, to stay in touch with operations and deliver on-site trainings
