Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled
WMOS Techno-Functional Consultant
with strong experience in
configuration and Maven
. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting WMOS solutions, while bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Participate in
  WMOS design, configuration, and implementation
  activities.

• 
  Work as a
  techno-functional consultant
  , gathering requirements and translating them into technical/functional solutions.

• 
  Configure WMOS modules including
  Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Labor Management
  .

• 
  Develop, customize, and support WMOS solutions leveraging
  Maven build automation
  and related tools.

• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
  system integration, testing, and deployment
  .

• 
  Support upgrades, patches, and performance improvements.

• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.

• 
  Create functional design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  6+ years of experience in
  Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management Open Systems)
  .

• 
  Strong
  techno-functional expertise
  in WMOS configuration and workflows.

• 
  Hands-on experience with
  Maven
  for build automation and deployment.

• 
  Knowledge of
  PL/SQL, Java, and WMOS technical architecture
  .

• 
  Experience in
  supply chain, warehouse operations, and distribution processes
  .

• 
  Ability to work with both
  business users and technical teams
  .

• 
  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 
  Experience with
  WMOS upgrades and integrations
  (ERP, MHE, WCS).

• 
  Hands-on experience in day-to-day warehouse operations will be an added advantage.

• 
  Exposure to other Manhattan solutions (SCI, LMS, TMS) is a plus.

• 
  Knowledge of Agile/DevOps practices.
