職務概要
WISE 是研華基於 AI 與物聯網（AIoT）應用所發展的標準化軟體框架與應用平台，涵蓋：
透過整合邊緣設備、雲端服務與 AI 模型，協助客戶快速建構跨垂直產業的 AIoT 應用。
本職位主要負責 WISE 軟體產品之 技術支持、系統整合與客戶導入支援，涵蓋售前技術協助、導入階段支援與售後問題排除，並與內外部團隊合作，提升產品落地與客戶成功。
主要工作內容
一、技術推廣與商務協作（Pre-Sales Support）
協助業務進行技術方案說明與架構建議 參與 PoC（Proof of Concept）驗證與技術可行性評估 支援技術展示、Workshop、客戶簡報與解決方案說明 協助 SI 夥伴（Domain / Platform / ISV）技術導入與能力建立
二、系統整合與應用架構支援
協助客戶進行 Edge-to-Cloud 架構規劃與部署建議 進行 WISE 平台整合（設備 / API / Database / Cloud） 協助系統測試、效能調校與技術問題分析 支援 Kubernetes、Docker 等平台部署與容器化應用問題排除
三、產品技術支持與問題處理（Post-Sales Support）
處理技術支援案件（Ticket），進行問題分析與排除 協助客戶平台維運、系統穩定性與異常處理 與 RD / PD 團隊協作，回報產品問題與改善建議 撰寫技術文件、操作手冊與知識庫內容
四、技術能力與最佳實踐累積
累積專案經驗，建立解決方案案例與技術資產 參與內部技術分享與文件整理 協助優化標準架構（Reference Architecture）與導入流程 支援內外部教育訓練與技術推廣活動
