$20.01–$25.48/hr ($41K–$52K) + $2,200 On-Call Pay

At Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS), we’re looking for a Certified Peer Counselor to support youth and families in their recovery journey through our WISe program. This is a chance to do meaningful, community-based work while being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support youth and families using your lived experience
- Help develop and follow recovery/treatment plans
- Partner with clinicians and WISe team members
- Encourage skill-building and self-directed recovery
- Share observations and support ongoing care decisions
- Help engage diverse youth and families in services

QualificationsWhat You Bring
- WA State Certified Peer Specialist credential from Department of Health
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal or lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery
- 2+ years of peer support experience
