We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital committed to raising the standard of veterinary medicine in its community.

Located in Oak Creek, WI near the lakefront and just 10 minutes from the airport, we serve a loyal, rapidly growing client base in a vibrant community. What you can expect:

• Provide high-quality medical care for dogs and cats in a modern, AAHA- accredited well-equipped expanding hospital
• 7 exam rooms (expanding to 9)
• Dedicated surgical, dental, and procedure suites
• Advanced diagnostics and tools
• Build meaningful client relationships through education, transparency, and trust
• 3:1 technician-to-doctor ratio
• Tenured, loyal staff with low turnover
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on complex cases to achieve the best outcomes
• Perform surgery (preferred), including soft tissue and dentistry
• Schedule: 4 days per week | Monday–Friday | No weekends | No on-call
• Structured scheduling designed to support efficiency and prevent burnout
• Appointment Length: 40 minutes
