Now Hiring: Commercial Cleaning Supervisor (Wisconsin Area)
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (From time to time you might have to cover outside of your working schedule.)

About the Role:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Cleaning Supervisor with experience in commercial cleaning. This position is responsible for leading teams, maintaining high cleaning standards, and supporting operations by assisting with cleaning when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee cleaning staff across multiple locations
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Train and support team members
• Step in to perform cleaning tasks when necessary
• Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Previous leadership experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay:
$38,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience
