✨ What You’ll Do ✨✅ Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans✅ Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to improve function and independence✅ Collaborate with COTAs and interdisciplinary team members✅ Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity standards✅ Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress✅ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
📌 What You Bring 📌🎓 Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program📜 Active Illinois OTR/L license OR ability to obtain (we can guide you!)💡 Experience in rehab or long-term care is a plus — not required
