Job Description

Power your future at Qualus in our Panel Wiring Shop as a Wiring Shop Coordinator. The Wiring Shop Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of various activities to ensure the successful completion of the wiring shop project execution. This includes the coordination of project materials and logistics. The Wiring Shop Coordinator may work independently or may support Project Managers or the Wiring Shop Lead on specific assignments.

Responsibilities

• Supports Project Managers and Operations Leaders with monitoring and controls of project scope, schedule, and budget plans
• Performs and/or supports wiring shop procurement activities
• Interfaces with vendors, clients, and internal resources
• Catalogs and tracks incoming and in stock material
• Performs and/or supports wiring shop resource planning and scheduling, as needed
• Supports and assists in the contract management process
• Enters projects into the production system updating as advised relative to status, dates, shipping, and other pertinent information
• Coordinates customer billing
• Processes customer PO’s as directed ensuring alignment with scope expectations
• Provides support in tracking project deliverables
• Coordinates product delivery
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate multiple activities concurrently
