Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireline Supervisor to join our team at Star Services LLC. As a Wireline Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of wireline operators and technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wireline operations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, preparing job plans, and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of wireline operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during wireline operations
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop job plans accordingly
- Prepare and review job reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and calibrate wireline equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular safety meetings and trainings for the wireline team
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during wireline operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of equipment and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of all wireline operations, including job reports, equipment maintenance logs, and safety records
- Communicate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless execution of wireline operations
- Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and best practices related to wireline operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireline operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of wireline equipment, tools, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
