We are looking for a Wireless Network Engineer who will help customers design, implement, and optimize Industrial Wi‑Fi, Industrial 5G, and OT network solutions for manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and critical infrastructure environments.
The role combines technical consulting, solution design, and customer-facing project work across Europe and beyond, working closely with international teams and industry experts.

What are your responsibilities?
  • Design and support Industrial 5G, Private 5G, and Industrial Wi-Fi solutions for industrial customers.
  • Provide technical consulting and presales support throughout the customer journey.
  • Prepare network architectures, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
  • Perform wireless site surveys, RF planning, coverage analysis, and network optimization.
  • Support deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and integration of wireless networks.
  • Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, cybersecurity, and product management teams.
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and colleagues.

You'll win us over by:
  • Experience in wireless networking, industrial communication, or network consulting.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, switching, routing, and wireless network design principles.
  • Understanding of OT environments, industrial automation, and industrial communication networks.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer-facing consulting skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Good communication skills in English and willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%).
  • A degree in Telecommunications, IT, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is an advantage.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with Industrial 5G, Private 5G, LTE, or campus network solutions.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies and RF planning tools such as Ekahau or Hamina.
  • Familiarity with industrial protocols such as PROFINET, OPC UA, MQTT, or Modbus TCP.
  • Understanding of OT cybersecurity and standards such as IEC 62443.
  • Relevant certifications (Cisco, CWNA/CWNP, Aruba, Siemens, etc.).
