Vacatureomschrijving

As a Wireless Engineer, you ensure that the services and/or products offered by Securitas to its customers can be designed and operated professionally in order to guarantee the service level agreements agreed with the customer.

• You focus on managing solutions in the areas of electronic security and critical communications.
• You will take charge of situations for which there is no direct order, i.e. you will ensure that the customer receives the best possible service at all times, taking into account their service level agreement (SLA).
• You will be responsible for installing the designed solutions and maintaining and repairing the installed solutions in the event of an incident.
• You will pay close attention to the (cyber) security aspects of the solutions, while complying with Securitas' policies and procedures.
• Thanks to your experience with the products in your segment (wireless, radio), you and your colleagues will provide our customers with 24/7 service.
• On the instructions of the engineering manager, you will carry out the annual inspection of electrical tools. This Technical Manager ensures that inspections are only carried out by engineers who have a VCA certificate and a BA4 certificate, but above all who pay attention to detail on all the points to be checked in document VC415.

Functie-eisen

• You have at least 2 years of successful professional experience in the wireless field (radio and radio frequencies) as an engineer (must).
• You are proactive with strong analytical skills and can conceptualise solutions independently.
• You hold a VCA certificate (must).
• Your conceptual thinking skills and dynamic attitude make the difference.
• You are a good communicator, both internally and externally, and you are pragmatic.
• You are honest, a team player and able to work independently.
• You have a very good command of spoken and written French.
